Good, family run business with high quality homes at a reasonable price. They are willing to work with you on design changes and other plan modifications. Also, Mill Creek as a whole is very well planned and provides a great place to raise a family. We have been in our home for just over a year and the builder has been more than willing to address any minor defects which have been encountered (although not many!). I highly recommend going with his home builder.
